2006 Toyota Corolla CE

Corolla-  The petals of a flower considered as a group and usually of a color other than green; the inner whorl of the outer envelope of a flower.

The Corolla CE comes with a 1.8L DOHC 16-Valve VVT-i 4-cylinder engine (126 horsepower @ 6,000 rpm; 122 lb.-ft. @ 4,200 rpm) and a choice of automatic transmission or 5-speed manual overdrive. With a height, width, length, wheelbase, and ground clearance of 58.5 inches, 66.9 inches, 178.3 inches, 102.4 inches, and 5.7 inches respectively. The 2006 Corolla CE has a towing capacity of 1,500 lbs and a fuel capacity of 13.2 gallons. The vehicle comes standard with P185/65R15 All-season tires. Fuel economy (city/highway) on the CE is 32/41 mpg for Manual Transmission, and 30/38 mpg for Automatic Transmission.

2006 Toyota Corolla S & 2006 Toyota LE

Both the S and LE have similar specifications as the CE-

• A 1.8L DOHC 16-Valve VVT-i 4-Cylinder engine; height of 58.5 inches; width of 66.9 inches; length of 178.3 inches, wheelbase of 102.4 inches and a ground clearance of 5.7 inches. These models also have the same tires, and the same fuel economy rating.

2006 Toyota Corolla XRS

The 2006 Corolla XRS comes with a 1.8L DOHC 16-Valve VVTL-i 4-Cylinder engine. This engine is capable of 164 horsepower @ 7,600 rpm, and 125 lb.-ft. @ 4,400 rpm. The XRS has a height of 58.1 inches (0.4 inches lower than the CE, S and LE). Other external dimensions (width, length, wheelbase and clearance), fuel and towing capacity and  are the same. The 2006 Corolla XRS comes with P195/55R16 Summer tires. The fuel economy (city/highway) on the XRS is 26/34 mpg (on the 6-Speed manual overdrive transmission option).
